Beginners master the Arabic alphabet, letter shapes and joining, harakat, sukoon, tanween and madd through a structured, time-tested syllabus. Yes. Many Al Niyah students are adults starting from the very beginning. Adult Quran classes are paced differently and taught one-to-one with complete privacy and patience.
Classes are live one-to-one lessons on Zoom or Skype. You need a laptop, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet space.
Yes. You can request a male or female Quran tutor when enrolling, and sisters are always taught by female tutors if preferred.
Most Quran classes are 30 minutes, which suits young learners best. Hifz and Quran translation students often choose 45 or 60 minute classes.
Yes. Taking the Duas course or Quran Translation alongside a main recitation course is common, and the weekly schedule is adjusted to fit.
