These Terms and Conditions govern your use of alniyahquran.co.uk and your purchase or use of online lessons provided by Al Niyah Quran Academy.
Read these terms before booking a trial, purchasing a plan or attending a class.

By booking a trial, enrolling in a plan, making a payment or attending a class, you confirm that:
Where the student is under 18, the parent or guardian is the contracting customer and is responsible for compliance with these terms.

We do not guarantee that a student will achieve a particular result within a particular period. Progress depends on attendance, practice, participation, ability and other individual factors.

Classes are arranged according to tutor availability and the agreed timetable.

Time references are based on the agreed time zone. The customer is responsible for checking differences caused by daylight-saving changes or travel.
Contact us as early as reasonably possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a class.
Unless a different policy is confirmed during enrolment:
We may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or exceptional circumstances.
Where a tutor cannot attend, we will normally:
We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption caused by timetable adjustments.
If a student joins late, the lesson will normally end at the original scheduled time.
A tutor may leave the online classroom if the student has not joined within 15 minutes and no notice has been received. The class may then be treated as missed.

Where a class is disrupted by the student’s device or connection, the lesson may still be treated as delivered.
Where disruption is caused by our tutor or systems, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule or credit the affected lesson.

After any applicable statutory cooling-off period, you may cancel an ongoing monthly plan by giving at least [insert required notice, such as 14 days] before the next billing date.

We may deduct the value of lessons already supplied where legally permitted. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
We aim to provide continuity with the same tutor. However, we may change a tutor because of:

Students, parents and guardians must communicate respectfully with tutors and staff.

The safety and welfare of students are important to Al Niyah Quran Academy.

Tutors must not be asked to communicate privately with a child outside approved academy channels without appropriate parental involvement.
We may report a concern to the appropriate authorities where we reasonably believe a person may be at risk or where reporting is legally required.
Classes must not be recorded, photographed, streamed or distributed without prior permission from all relevant parties.
Where recording is approved:
Course materials, lesson plans, worksheets, recordings, graphics, branding, website content and other resources belong to Al Niyah Quran Academy or the relevant rights holder.
Supplied materials may only be used for the student’s personal learning.

Online classes may require information to be shared with assigned tutors, communication providers, scheduling tools and payment services.

We may use third-party platforms for payments, communications, scheduling, analytics or online meetings.
We are not responsible for an external provider’s independent acts, outages, security or terms. We will take reasonable steps to select suitable providers and respond appropriately when a problem affects our service.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Customers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country may also retain mandatory rights under the laws applicable to them.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law allows a customer to bring proceedings elsewhere.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
No person other than the customer and Al Niyah Quran Academy has a right to enforce these terms unless expressly stated.
